I support Paulo Roberto Alves de Oliveira <kretcheu@gmail.com>'s request to
become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Paulo Roberto Alves de Oliveira on a few of his packages
since he lost DM status for a few months and I consider him as having
sufficient technical competence.

I've known Kretcheu's work with Debian for at least 7 years, having seem both
his packaging and community work, he's a big part of the Brazilian Debian
community.

We have been discussing packaging recently since he lost DM status due not not
uploading in the last stable release cycle, and I can confirm he has the skills
for a Debian Maintainer and is ready to take that role again.

I have personally worked with Paulo Roberto Alves de Oliveira
<kretcheu@gmail.com> (key 5E3A2D8ADA62D240622EC84239F17A5F5AEFBE73) for a few
months, having seem his packaging and community work across the years, and I
know Paulo Roberto Alves de Oliveira can be trusted to have upload rights for
their own packages, right now.
