I have been working with Joshua Peisach <itzswirlz2020@outlook.com>, (key 226D0F1861081C139D899D7741C3D4189AFEDB5A) over the last year within the Debian Cinnamon Team. He is heavily involved in the Ubuntu Cinnamon remix, and regularly contributes back to Debian packaging. He recently started working with gpg, so his keys are new and don't have the necessary signatures, but I have checked that he can encrypt, decrypt, and sign messages using the key listed above.
