I am a mathematician and professor at Piedmont University in northeastern Georgia, US. I am a long-time user and developer of open-source software and have been using Debian-based distributions (primarily Ubuntu) since graduate school. My primary contributions are to the window manager Window Maker, the computer algebra system Macaulay2, and other related projects. I am a member of the Debian Window Maker, Science, R, Python, and Javascript teams.
