I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on XCA for a while and I would like to be able to upload for this package without bothering sponsors and expediting the updates for that package.  I also have the intent on seeking to salvage other packages that meet salvage requirements, and would like to have upload rights for those packages without having to bother sponsors for every update as well for the packages I intend on salvaging.
