I support Arun Kumar Pariyar <openarungeek@gmail.com>'s request to become
a Debian Developer, uploading.

Over the past 2 years, I have worked with Arun Kumar Pariyar around
Deepin-related software in Debian, including Qt-based and Golang-based
packages. During their work as Debian Contributor and later Debian
Maintainer, Arun Kumar Pariyar showed adaquate packaging skills and
understanding in Debian, as well as the capability in bug handling and
package maintenance.

I have personally worked with Arun Kumar Pariyar <openarungeek@gmail.com>
(key DA53058DBE154BDFCBF16BAD4B542AF704F74516), and I know Arun Kumar Pariyar
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I have been sponsoring various packages for Arun since November 2020,
mostly from the Deepin packaging team. In December 2020, I gave him upload
rights for most of his packages, but after that date I made some reviews too
(including many NEW packages).

His work is usually of high quality. He knows all good packaging practices.
He was also promptly fixing various bugs that were reported against his
packages.

I have worked with Arun Kumar Pariyar on many golang modules
for many months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I sponsered about 6 of his golang modules around October 2020.
