I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on rust library packaging and some minor security tracking for a while
and I would like to be able to upload new packages myself. Both so that I don't have
to rely on my team, and also in order to help new members of the team more effeciently.
