I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.

Since August 2021 I've been Debian Maintainer. Currently, I maintain seven
packages in the main section -- and I have one pending upload. I did 11 NMUs
and seven QAs.

I want to change my status to Debian Developer for the following principal
reasons:
  * To participate more actively in the Debian project.
  * To introduce new packages to the distribution by myself.
  * To do QAs/NMUs/new uploads by myself.
  * To be a sponsor in new uploads.
