of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support Dennis Braun <d_braun@kabelmail.de>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Dennis Braun on various packages within the Debian Multimedia Team since January 2021 (over a year) and I consider that he has sufficient technical competence.
I have worked with Dennis to get two NEW packages into the archive (dpf-plugins and
dragonfly-reverb) and also sponsored the guitarix package. In addition to this, Dennis has become a joint Uploader for many of the Debian Multimedia Team packages that I have been uploading in the past. In one case, I have let Dennis take over maintenance completely (abcmidi). I have been following his work on these packages, and I am very happy to give him DM upload rights for other team packages when asked. Dennis is one of the most active members in the team at the moment, and I think he has proven to be very competent and responsible. I am sure he will show the same responsibility with the rest of the archive.
