I support xiao sheng wen <atzlinux@sina.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with xiao sheng wen on apng2gif, tnftp, stardict, and NEW opengnb.
for 9 months and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.
I consider his work on tnftp very valuable for Debian because the old netkit ftp that
was the default ftp client before was not maintained anymore and really showed its age.
With stardict he showed that he can manage quite a complex package.
I have personally worked with xiao sheng wen <atzlinux@sina.com>
(key 740D7FE2AB3143E86C8FD12300186602339240CB) for 9 months, and I know xiao sheng wen
can be trusted to have upload rights for his own packages, right now.
