Details from rmb:

I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer,
  with guest account.
Recently I added autopkgtest for a Debian Med package named dcm2niix. The
package's migration to testing is blocked by an autopkgtest regression on
s390x arch. Hence I need a guest account to get access to porter box as I
  intend to try fixing it.
