After looking at Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras <devrtz-debian@fortysixandtwo.eu>'s
contributions and after exchanging lots of emails (over a long period of
times, due to delays on both our parts), to get to know them better, I agree
with the two advocates that Evangelos can and should indeed be a Debian
Developer, uploading right now.
