I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
As a DM, I have maintained the openrct2 package myself, and team maintained several
dozen packages as part of the Go Packaging Team, leading to the recent upload of
LXD to NEW. I would like to be able to upload packages on my own without requiring
sponsorship or granting of DM permissions.
