Application Manager report
For

After looking at Jakub Ružička <jakub.ruzicka@nic.cz>'s contributions and after
exchanging some emails to get to know them and their skills a bit better, I
agree with the advocates that Jakub Ružička <jakub.ruzicka@nic.cz> can and
should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now; they are precise,
motivated and willing to learn, including from potential mistakes. I am
confident they will be a nice Debian citizen.
