I hereby advocate Raúl Benencia to become a Debian Developer. Raúl has worked in Debian packaging related to Prometheus and Go, besides his participation in some DebConfs as Video Team volunteer. I know Raúl can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

I have worked with Raul Benencia <rul@kalgan.cc> <43474B6F> since 2019. I sponsored
the upload for clues-emacs -- "cream/brown/orange color theme for Emacs",
given Raul's the technical expertise I granted DM upload permissions for the
package a few months later. We work together on the maintenance of
pudb - "full-screen, console-based Python3 debugger". Raul has demonstrated high
technical skills on Debian packaging and software development besides his
good communication skills with upstream. During this time working with Raul
I have notice he's a Free Software advocate demonstrating how he's align with the
DFSG ideas. Raul has been a long time Debian contributor, almost 10 years to the date
contributing with the maintenance of many Debian packages. He has been Debconf Speaker
and a volunteer during the conference.
Given I have worked enough time with Raul and have supervised his work hereby
I know Raul Benencia can be trusted to have full unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive
right now.
