For nm.debian.org, at 2023-01-05:
I support Israel Galadima <izzygaladima@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Israel Galadima as a mentor for outreachy
project to create yarn plugin for apt in javascript team for 3 months. He has
continued working on javascript team after outreachy is over and I consider
them as having sufficient technical competence.

He also help other people in the mailing list and irc.

I have personally worked with Israel Galadima <izzygaladima@gmail.com> (key
A34E9DC3AD34D27F17CF36D23679ECB87B7CEC0C) for many months, and I know Israel
Galadima can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right
now.
