I support Jan Mojžíš <jan.mojzis@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Jan Mojžíš on nginx and its libnginx-* modules, sponsored some of them, and I appreciate how he contributes and leverages salsa's git workflow to avoid unreviewed changes.
Jan has also a very good knowledge of packaging tasks.
I also sponsored tlswrapper - Jan being its author - and discovered he had excellent programming skills as well.
During that work together, it became obvious he can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
