I support Michael Shuler <michael@pbandjelly.org>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading.

I have worked with Michael Schuler on ca-certificates for four years. In this
time he has shown to understand Debian packaging and I've never caught any
really big problems. I believe Michael can be trusted as a full member of
Debian.

Simultaneously I've advocated him for DM; given the extensive amount of time
Michael has spent in the project, I don't see a need to wait for half a year
to start DD too.
