Details from cgmb:
For nm.debian.org, at 2023-02-10:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have been working with the ROCm Team on packaging in a consulting role
since 2021 and began making direct contributions in 2022. The ROCm stack
is particularly challenging as it is a large and complex collection of
software, but I am very familiar with its quirks.
I would like to help reduce the workload for the Debian Developers on
the ROCm Team by handling the routine maintenance of the ROCm math and
communication libraries from update to upload. I've been the primary
contributor to the ROCm math packages over the past few months and have
made a number of sponsored uploads. Taking on the responsibility of the
upload seems like the next logical step for my contributions.
