I have been sponsoring Michael Schuler's uploads for ca-certificates
to Debian for 4 years now. The packaging has consistently been of high
quality and there have never in that time been any serious issues that I found
in his work. He's friendly and easy to work with. He can surely be a DM
right now for what I've seen in his ca-certificates work. I therefore
advocate him as a Debian Maintainer.
