For nm.debian.org, at 2023-03-21:
I support Jarrah Gosbell <debian@undef.tools>'s request to become a Debian
Maintainer.
I have worked with Jarrah Gosbell on multiple packages within both the
DebianOnMobile and Mobian teams. He packaged software not in Debian yet and
successfully took over maintenance of existing packages, introducing quality
changes when relevant and improving the packages' quality and stability over
time.
I have personally worked with Jarrah Gosbell <debian@undef.tools>
(key 901FC2730CCE04526A213649DCB89F928A9CB8CC) for over 2 years. I trust both
his technical skills and judgement, and I believe Jarrah Gosbell should be
trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
