Details from slyon:
For nm.debian.org, at 2023-04-20:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading.
As a Ubuntu core-dev, netplan.io co-maintainer and netplan upstream
maintainer I
have worked on upstreaming several changes into Debian, like: python-
httplib2,
cider, dh-make-perl, procenv, git-buildpackage, rust-cargo-outdated,
python-mkdocs, streamlink, mailman-hyperkitty, zziplib and more –
reporting bugs,
fixing FTBFS issues and providing autopkgtest patches. In the future I
would like
to be able to continue those general efforts, upload NMUs where needed
(and
sensible) and be able to participate in votes/elections of the Debian
project.
