I strongly support David da Silva Polverari <david.polverari@gmail.com>'s
request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.

I personally know Polverari since 2015. I sponsored the first upload of his
package 'pem' in 2016. Polverari is a programmer and a network security officer
with a very large background. He does a very detailed work when packaging. I am
sure that Polverari will be a very good and dedicated DD and he will help a lot
the Debian project.

I also sponsored several uploads for Polverari, like firewalk, pem, pipewalker,
pngcheck, snowdrop, aspell-br, doschk and others.

I have personally worked with David da Silva Polverari <david.polverari@gmail.com>

I have worked with David da Silva Polverari in some packages as: pev, pngcheck,
aspell-br, doschk, mp3rename, smbldap-tools, snarf and others.
Since 2020 I supported him in his uploads. He always taken amazing care of his
packages and I'm sure that he has sufficient technical competence.
I've been following your work as a DM and it's always very well done with
precision and perfection.
I have known David Polverari personally since 2016 and he works with distinction
in software development and security, certainly will help the Debian Project a lot.
