I looked at Robin Gustafsson <robin@rgson.se>'s contributions and we exchanged
some emails so that I could know them a bit better. I could also see their
knowledge of our philosophy and procedures is accurate, also they are skilled
in the several aspects of packaging work in general.

I agree with the advocates that Robin Gustafsson <robin@rgson.se> can and
should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.
