I support Aymeric Agon-Rambosson <aymeric.agon@yandex.com>'s request
to become a Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Aymeric Agon-Rambosson on several packages (more
specifically, citar, consult-el, dockerfile-mode, emacs-pdf-tools,
embark, gnuplot-mode, marginalia, orderless, projectile, vertico,
xml-rpc-el) since November 2022 and I consider them as having
sufficient technical competence.

Aymeric Agon-Rambosson updated exising Debian packages to the latest
upstream versions, prepared new packages, fixed bugs in several
exising Debian packages, and forwarded their fixes to the upstream
authors. I checked their contributions, uploaded packages, tested and
applied their fixes.

I have personally worked with Aymeric Agon-Rambosson
<aymeric.agon@yandex.com> (key
DC184C7074DC4FD338D86CF97E32B4D596D6F8F6) since November 2022, and I
know Aymeric Agon-Rambosson can be trusted to have upload rights for
their own packages, right now.
