Details from vimer:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I've maintained jimtcl and rush package for almost a year and co-
maintained
some python packages and I would like to be able to upload my packages
without waiting for sponsorship.
In addition I helped Debian riscv64 porting as well as solving lots of
ftbfs problems. I hope that my new status will allow me to be involved
with more contributions.
