I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on isc-kea, podman-compose, php-fig-log-test, and other PHP and
Python packages for a while and I would like to be able to perform uploads on
my own for some of those packages.
Moreover, I am helping the Debian Brasília initiative as a deb packaging
mentor, and it would be nice to also be able to perform uploads for my mentees
instead of having many levels of indirection there.
