Declaration of intent

The most important requirement for changing status in Debian is to make sure that a person actually intends to do so.

This requirement has been approved by Housekeeping Robot <nm@debian.org> 1 year, 7 months ago.

For nm.debian.org, at 2023-09-18:

I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, non-uploading.

I have worked on Perl packaging for a while, recently I've start creating a new Debian Live Coding team, currently I'm packaging FoxDot tool (a python-based environment for music creation), the next packages I plan to work under the Live Coding team umbrella are documented at Live Coding team wiki [1].

Also I'm doing some efforts on the creation of a collective of people to produce artworks inside the Debian community in order to bring and link Debian community with others artistic communities, like for eg the Live Coding community [2].

I'm also teaching packaging for beginners and students, some years ago I've teach during classes at the UnB university (in Brazil) how to package and how to contribute to Debian project.

I would like to be able to use some of the Debian project infrastructure, like mailing list creation, and also to have the rights to use some services that are restricted for DDs.
