Application Manager report
For
Timothy Pearson <tpearson@raptorengineering.com> to become DD, upl., an Application Manager has

asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Timothy Pearson

After discussing with Timothy Pearson <tpearson@raptorengineering.com>
and going through the usual set of questions during this process,
I got convinced that Timothy should become a DD ASAP. His contribution
in Chromium and in the POWER9 area will be greatly apprciated, and it
looks like he has enough skills to perform his work unattended. So I
hereby agree that Timothy Pearson should indeed be a Debian Developer,
with full uploading rights, ASAP.
