I support Carles Pina i Estany <carles@pina.cat>'s request to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have worked with Carles Pina i Estany (key B61EBF6686FDB8662899A27EA802884F60A55F81) on Debusine for most of 2023 and I consider him as having sufficient social and technical competence to be part of Debian proper.
Carles has been around Debian long enough, I've seen him interacting instinctively, constructively and proficiently with other developers on the BTS and mailing lists, and while working on internal Debian nuances for Debusine with other DDs already knew his way around Debian and its resources.
I know he can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now, and I'm very happy he applied for it.
