I support Ricardo Ribalda Delgado <ricardo@ribalda.com>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have known Ricardo many years now, we met at a Linux conference over than 13 years ago. Ricardo has been Debian user for years as well and it was about 5 years ago when I first sponsored some packages (yavta and xc3prog) Ricardo was using for his daily work. After that many updates after, Ricardo became DM and maintaining many more packages, such ugrep, virtme, virtme-ng; and he started to help me out releasingb4 and now working on GNU GDB stuff. I consider Ricardo as having sufficient technical competence.

I have personally worked with Ricardo Ribalda Delgado <ricardo@ribalda.com>
