I support Vivek K J <vivekkj@disroot.org>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked with Vivek K J on javascript and ruby
packages for over a year and I consider them as having sufficient technical
competence.

We have worked together on dependencies of gitlab in official archive as well
as uploads to fasttrack.debian.net. We have also met at DebConf23 in Kochi.

I have personally worked with Vivek K J <vivekkj@disroot.org>
(key D0179263E2020E4071574073A5FF4BB3EA53C5DF) for over a year, and I know
Vivek K J can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now.
