I support Hilmar Preusse <hille42@web.de>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Hilmar Preusse on proftpd-dfsg package and its add-on modules since 2016
as the other main member of the Proftpd team. He even uploaded multiple releases of those
packages autonomously. I consider him as having sufficient technical competence and
attitude to team work.
