For nm.debian.org, at 2024-01-11:
I support Kienan Stewart <kienan.stewart@burntworld.ca>'s request to become a
Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Kienan Stewart personally on various
projects (mostly around Puppet) while he worked as a sysadmin for a local tech
coop in Montréal.

I have known Kienan since at least 2016 and I consider them as having
more than sufficient technical competence. I've witnessed Kienan's technical
work many times (I remember some intense debugging sessions for a libre BIOS
replacement on servers that was _painful_, yet very impressive) and have
sponsored uploads of their packages more than once in the Debian archive.

Kienan has been a regular of our local Debian meetings in Montreal for quite
some time, which shows their long term interest in the Debian project.

On the social side, I believe Kienan will be a great fit for the Debian
project. I have had the pleasure of hanging out with them on many occasions
in various settings and am certain they will abide by our different policies.

I have personally worked with Kienan Stewart <kienan.stewart@burntworld.ca>
(key 4034B421198BC2D52FA491DDA2A960298EC8FB8E) for at least 6 years, and I know
Kienan Stewart can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.
