I would like to reapply to change my status in Debian back to Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked on a multitude of projects, including QA, fonts, ARM and
RISC-V porting, persistent memory. I'm also the top upload sponsor as of
past ten years, and would like to continue the battle to dethrone gregoa
from the #1 all-time spot -- which of course requires me to have upload
rights myself.
