I have worked with Jean Charles Delépine on X and Ypackage wims
for some months and I consider him as having sufficient technical competence.

Wims is a tough piece to package, and Jean Charles Delépine tackled off
many issues

I have personally worked with Jean Charles Delépine <jean.charles@delepine.info>
