Application Manager report
For
Quentin Lejard <valde@debian.org> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Quentin Lejard
should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.
The applicant will be notified once an Application Manager is assigned, and the AM will contact them.

I had the opportunity to exchange emails with Quentin Lejard <debian@valde.fr>.
They showed a good understanding of our Philosophy and Procedures, and they
know a lot about the assets of the Debian project when it comes to interacting
with possible users, people from other distributions...
Thus I agree with the advocates that Quentin Lejard <debian@valde.fr> can
and should indeed be a Debian Developer, non-uploading right now.
