I support Sven Geuer <debmaint@g-e-u-e-r.de>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.

I've been working with Sven (key 3DF5E8AA43FC9FDFD086F195ADF50EDAF8ADD585)
for the past four months on bringing the dnsmasq Debian package up-to-date.
The result is a complete rewrite of the original, very out-of-date, package,
all done by Sven. The package in Sid and looking good.

Sven is very competent and knows the Debian systems well; the only caveat to
this being my lack of current knowledge to judge.

I'd have no hesitation in giving Sven upload rights to Debian.

I have worked with Sven Geuer on the Security Tools Packaging Team
since January 2019 and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Throughout this time, Sven has consistently contributing to the team.
He has shown ability to work on a variety of different types of issues,
covering everything that I expect a DD to be able to do.

Sven has also shown he's able to deal with issues he hasn't seem before and
to know where and how to reach resources to get help if needed.

I have personally worked with Sven Geuer <debmaint@g-e-u-e-r.de>
(key 3DF5E8AA43FC9FDFD086F195ADF50EDAF8ADD585) for 5 years, and I know Sven Geuer
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now.
