For nm.debian.org, at 2024-03-15:
I support Felix Moessbauer <felix.moessbauer@siemens.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Felix Moessbauer on python-airspeed and python-shtab
for 20 months and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
I first met Felix in person at a Debian event, where he already presented advanced Debian packaging work. All the uploads I have review from Felix required very little to comments from my side.
I have personally worked with Felix Moessbauer <felix.moessbauer@siemens.com>
(key AF73F6EF5A53CFE304569F50E648A311F67A50FC) for 20 months, and I know Felix Moessbauer
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
