For nm.debian.org, at 2024-03-25:
I support Arthur Diniz <arthurbdiniz@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Arthur Diniz on golang and python packages for 5 years or so and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

Arthur has been a dedicated member of our local community in Brasília - Brazil, he has been working on packages, our web site, organizing events, improving our tooling, mentoring newcomers. He is a very important asset of our local community.

For the packaging work, he is keen to improve the Kubernetes ecosystem in Debian, packaging some CLI tools and willing to update packages when needed. I consider him having enough competence to update his own packages without supervision.

I have personally worked with Arthur Diniz <arthurbdiniz@gmail.com>
(key 08EB78A7FA4A89E05D5C869ECBCEB26D96B98CBB) for 5 years, and I know Arthur
Diniz can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
