I support Antoine Le Gonidec <debian@dotslashplay.it>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

I got to know Antoine when I was looking for a way to easily install Stardew
Valley on my laptop which brought me to their project play.it which Antoine
maintains in Debian as well as its upstream author. I have sponsored a dozen
uploads of play.it and the surrounding packages for Antoine since August 2023
and came to value Antoine's eagerness to learn Debian's processes, their
attention to detail and their willingness to spend some extra time to do things
properly rather than rushing them. My communication with Antoine was always
pleasant and we were able to exchange knowledge both ways. I also saw Antoine's
questions in the #debian-mentors IRC channel which further convinces me that
Antoine's willingness to improve on their technical skill makes them a great
fit for the project. The work Antoine performed for the packages I sponsored
for them was always of impeccable quality and more than up to the standards I
expect from packages maintained in the Debian archive.

I have personally worked with Antoine Le Gonidec <debian@dotslashplay.it> (key
94B1DC4CF7485EC16E97EC98636B78F91CEB80D8) for eight months, and I know Antoine
Le Gonidec can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right
now. I'm looking forward to see them on the path to become a DD in the future.
