I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.
I am active as a translator for German since 2004, then applied for DD non-uploading
in 2016, and worked many years especially in the Debian Installer team.
I would like to become DD uploading, to be able to act as a full member in the team;
in the near past we got some new packages under our umbrella and I had to ask kibi
for dm permissions every time. And with every such new package the suggestion
came up, to turn my account into a DD uploading one. That's why this application.
