For nm.debian.org, at 2024-08-15:
I support Alexis Murzeau <amubtdx@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have sponsored Alexis' streamlink package numerous times over the past 2+ years and not only do I consider them as having sufficient technical competence, but I actually checked nm.d.o in the past to see if I could grant upload permissions there and then.
I have personally worked with Alexis Murzeau <amubtdx@gmail.com> (key B7E60EBB92937B06BDBC2787E7BD1904F480937F), and I know Alexis Murzeau can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
