I exchanged emails with Bo YU <tsu.yubo@gmail.com> to discuss the Philosophy
and the Procedures of the Debian project. We also discussed practical packaging
issues and I looked at their technical contributions.
We had discussions of good quality and I could see that the contributions of Bo
are numerous, with positive interactions with other people in Debian and
outside of Debian.
Thus I agree with the advocates that Bo YU <tsu.yubo@gmail.com> can and should
indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.
