Details from moschlar:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2024-12-09:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  uploading.
I have worked on packaging the Seafile desktop client and components
(libsearpc, seafile, seafile-client) and several other packages
  (nagstamon, cjose, libapache2-mod-auth-openidc and libapache2-mod-oauth2)
and I would like to be able to contribute more easily!
I apologize for my last NM process becoming stuck over and over again
and I will try really hard to respond in a more timely manner this time.
