I support Vivek K J <vivekkj@disroot.org>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Vivek K J on gitlab components + dependencies across ruby, javascript & golang teams and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.
After first NM process gave a feedback of experience with more complex packages, he worked on more complex packages like gitaly-installer which involved systemd unit files, FHS related fine tuning, pdocessing prebuilt binaries for moving to contrib section etc. He has been consistently contributing for a long time now.
I have personally worked with Vivek K J <vivekkj@disroot.org>

can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
