Details from maytham:

  For nm.debian.org, at 2025-01-03:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
  uploading.
I have worked on and actively (co-)maintain several packages in Debian,
including many within the Debian Go Packaging Team, the Debian Python
  Team, and
  the Debian Rust Packaging Team.
I'd like to apply to become a Debian Developer, uploading in order to be
  able
to upload the vast amount of NEW packages I'm working on myself as well
  as
continue to maintain my existing packages. This would ease my ability to
contribute to Debian, as I'd be able to package and maintain software
  within
Debian independently (especially when working on packages with lots of
unpackaged dependencies, commonly encountered in the Go and Rust teams).
  I've
currently got a few open ITPs, and plan to assess and package large
  softwares
like Forgejo, which have a great number of dependencies not yet available
  in
  Debian.
  Thanks,
  Maytham
