I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, non-uploading.

I've been a Debian Maintainer since 2021 and a Debian contributor since 2019,
maintaining a couple of packages.

I am engaged in helping newcomers learn about packaging and also attracting
them to learn more about Debian.

When I was at University, I organized several onde-day events and gave a few
talks about the Debian project and also about free software. Because of this
contact with the university, it was possible to create a partnership in which
each semester a group of students from a discipline were selected to make
contributions to Debian. 

I also helped organize the last two MiniDebConfs that took place in Brazil.

Since 2022, I have also volunteered at all the Debian events I have attended.

Now I would like to become a member of the Debian project.
