I support William Blough <devel@blough.us>'s request to become
Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with William Blough on passwordsafe and xerces-c
since 2016/04 and I would like to see doing his uploads alone.

I have personally worked with William Blough <devel@blough.us>
(key 5CDD0C9CF446BC1B250987911762E0227034CF84) for almost one year now,
and I know William Blough can be trusted to have upload rights for
his own packages, right now.

Side note: I have really appreciated the fix for s390x and xerces-c.
I appreciated him finding a workaround but not closing the bug,
instead downgrading its severity to see the package migrate,
and keep it open to find a proper fix
(somewhere gcc is optimizing the code making the testsuite fail).

So, thanks for letting William become a DM, and thanks William
for your brilliant work so far!

I support William Blough <devel@blough.us>'s request to become
Debian Maintainer.

I worked with him since 2015/11 on several packages (xerces-c 
like Gianfranco, soci and passwordsafe) and also recently 
sponsored his package xalan.

The interaction with him was always pleasant and hit technical 
skills are very good so he should be allowed to upload his packages on his own.

I also hope that at some point in the (not so distant) future he will 
also apply for DD...
