trusted with upload rights to the packages they maintain.
Please be verbose if you can. You may want to write the advocacy in a

For nm.debian.org, at 2025-04-12:
I support Karsten Schöke <karsten.schoeke@geobasis-bb.de>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Karsten Schöke on a whole network of dependencies
needed to bring back python-ElasticSearch back into shape after many years of neglect.
He had to go through many ITP's, and succeeded.
He already has technical competence to maintain this set of package,
of course I'd like to continue working together with him
on more packages for the Python Team
I have personally worked with Karsten Schöke <karsten.schoeke@geobasis-bb.de>
(key 489718E136D7B02E52D5143C8D3E0A2604436548) for some months, and I know Karsten Schöke
can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
