For nm.debian.org, at 2016-12-27:
I support Jan Luca Naumann <j.naumann@fu-berlin.de>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have been Jan's sponsor for all the packages he currently maintains in Debian [1]
and he has done a very good job as a maintainer. He's always been quick to incorporate
any changes and suggestions I sent him for his packages on Debian Mentors. Over the
course of 6 months, he has improved his workflow so much that I feel confident to
let him maintain his packages himself without further intervention from my side.

I have personally known Jan Luca Naumann <j.naumann@fu-berlin.de> (key 451E65E1B079EF40113C778B9A5B6D03F5EF96D7)
since the end of 2014 and we have also professionally worked together over the
course of a little over a year before I changed jobs to a different company. I therefore
know Jan Luca Naumann can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.
